Signal Monitoring Solutions, Inc. ("SMS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the CAASM Mobile application and describes our data collection, use, and protection practices.

No Personal Data Collection

Signal Monitoring Solutions, Inc. does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information through the CAASM Mobile application.

The CAASM Mobile application operates as a client that connects to your customer-owned CAASM Server upon user request. The application stores only the IP address of the desired CAASM Server on your local device. Spectrum monitoring data is transmitted from the CAASM Server to CAASM Mobile upon user request and is not stored persistently on the mobile device.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Location data or GPS coordinates
Usage analytics or telemetry data
Crash reports or diagnostic information
RF spectrum measurement data or monitoring results
User-generated content or configuration files
Network traffic or communication metadata

Local Data Storage

The CAASM Mobile application stores only the IP address of your customer-owned CAASM Server on your local device. All spectrum monitoring data, measurements, and sensor information resides on your CAASM Server and is only transmitted to the mobile application temporarily upon user request for visualization purposes. No measurement data, RF analysis results, or user-generated content is stored persistently on the mobile device. This data is never transmitted to Signal Monitoring Solutions, Inc. or any third parties.

Third-Party Services

The CAASM Mobile application may utilize third-party mapping services (ArcGIS Runtime SDK) for geographic visualization. Any interaction with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not share any user data with these services beyond what is technically necessary for map rendering on your local device.

Network Communication

The CAASM Mobile application communicates exclusively with your customer-owned CAASM Server upon user request. The application does not connect directly to RF monitoring equipment or sensors. All communication occurs between the mobile application and your CAASM Server and does not transit through Signal Monitoring Solutions, Inc. servers. We do not intercept, monitor, or store any network communications between the CAASM Mobile application and your CAASM Server.

Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal information at risk of unauthorized access from our systems. Users are responsible for securing their own devices and local data storage in accordance with their organization's security policies.

Children's Privacy

The CAASM Mobile application is designed for professional use by SIGINT specialists, RF engineers, and public safety personnel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, nor is the application designed for use by children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the CAASM Mobile application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information for you to access, modify, or delete from our systems. The only data stored locally is the IP address of your CAASM Server, which you can modify or delete at any time through the application settings. All spectrum monitoring data resides on your customer-owned CAASM Server under your direct control.
